Since childhood, ceramics have been infused in the warmth of my home, the bond of family gatherings, and an expression of love and gratitude for communities across the world. When I found myself at the wheel on a Monday night for a throwing class, I quickly fell into a deep curiosity and desire to understand clay. From exploring textures, to trying grog-heavy clays, or testing a range of glazes and combinations, these wares are never exactly the same. All pots are functional with the purpose to be a part of one’s everyday routine. Whether it’s enjoying morning coffee in a mug, arranging fresh flowers from the farmers market in a vase, sampling small bites on blates (like bowl and a plate), or throwing the last of whatever is in your refrigerator into a bowl for dinner, these pots are here to fit into your already beautiful life.
